Tikkun Olam
Tikkun Olam is a cornerstone of Judaism, which refers to various forms of action intended to repair and improve the world. Chessed is incredibly important to both of our families and as we embark on our marital journey together, we find ourselves reflecting on the importance of community and the power we hold to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
In light of this, we are working on organizing volunteer opportunities for the days leading up to the wedding dedicated to supporting those directly affected by the atrocities of October 7th. We believe that love extends beyond the boundaries of our personal lives, and together, we can contribute to healing and rebuilding for those who have experienced unimaginable challenges.
The volunteer opportunities will be a chance for both of us, alongside our cherished guests, to come together and make a tangible difference in the lives of those impacted by the events of October 7th. Whether through lending a helping hand, offering support, or simply being present, our collective efforts can bring comfort and hope to those in need.
If you’re interested in volunteering please email krakowskicroman@gmail.com so that we can coordinate effectively and make the most significant impact possible.
Your presence and support mean the world to us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share this meaningful experience with our loved ones.
